“We have been very impressed with Andy and Rachel, the result is everything that we wanted, and even better in real life than we imagined it would be. From the beginning nothing has been too much trouble for them. At no point did we ever feel like we were not in control of the design process and they provided the perfect amount of guidance. The expert, personalised advice really helped us to fine tune the details at the right moments, for example advising the magnetic knob on the induction hob has proven to be a great recommendation-it is so much easier to use! Repeated home visits and attention to detail during planning ensured the dimensions and layout were ideal for the room and our taste, the well-planned simplicity of the design makes us happy every time we go into our kitchen. Andy and Graeme have gone out of their way to make our vision happen and the extra personalised touches really made the difference to the planning and fitting experience and the finished kitchen. Steve the kitchen fitter was very thorough and again nothing was too much trouble. He spent a lot of time getting it just right, and as a result everything looks wonderful and works perfectly.
