“Hi Andy and Rachel. I am writing to tell you how very pleased we are with our new kitchen and utility room. We chose your company because (having shopped around for quite a while) you were the most helpful and the best value for money for the quality of the units etc. Graeme was so patient. It must have been very challenging for him, as we took a long time to decide on the design and colour etc. We had many changes of mind. He never once made us feel that were being pernickety and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made several visits to the site to take measurements and to discuss ideas. He was extremely thorough with the plans. All of this attention to detail and tweaking has resulted in a truly bespoke kitchen and utility that fits our life style perfectly. The installation of the utility room was completed just before Covid-19 took hold and we were locked down. Unfortunately the kitchen had to wait but as soon as lockdown was lifted Andy contacted us to arrange installation. Unfortunately Graeme was no longer with Kinder Kitchens but Andy was so keen to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. He seemed so in tune with the style of our home and we are so pleased that he suggested altering one or two things. Again nothing was too much trouble for him, despite the challenges of appliances not being readily available due to Covid-19.”
