“Kinder – The Dream Comes True

I am probably the worst type of customer! Everywhere I went looking at kitchens all I saw were appliances, cupboards and various counter tops. All much the same only the price seemed to change. No design flare and nothing jumped out as individual.

Then my wife dragged me kicking and screaming to Kinder Kitchens in New Mills. Initially things looked good, different colours and wide variety of counter tops, but still just kitchen stuff. Then I opened a door into another World. One with craftsmanship, flare and design versatility. It was an amazing ‘pantry’ inside what looked like a cupboard but was so much more. I felt like Alice In Wonderland, actual furniture, with design features and quality craftsmanship!

Then the Mad Hatter appeared (Andy) and the illusion became a reality. Nothing was too much trouble. He listened to what we wanted from initial concept through design, delivery and installation. He had fantastic attention to details, ensuring quality at every stage throughout the process. Everything from lighting and electrics to appliances and aftercare, nothing was missed. The team of fitters, joiners, plumbers and electricians never missed a beat.

We wanted something different yet practical and Andy’s design delivers on both counts. His advice kept us (especially me) on the ground telling us what would and would not work in the available space, but included as many of our ideas as was realistic. He has struck a balance between contemporary and traditional that exactly fitted our brief and has delivered an amazing kitchen that now includes the bespoke pantry similar to the one I originally saw in the showroom, with a few design twists to suit our needs.

We now have a kitchen that has quickly become the heart of our home.
